Life has been too much to handle and you feel stuck. You want a reset and to find peace in your life. I am here to help you make sense of it, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and grow in a safe space. You don’t have to feel stuck or hopeless. In fact, you can thrive and heal from the pain you are going through. I am that person for you. 

Coping with anxiety and depression is extremely difficult. Stress, relationship issues, and trauma may have stemmed from the cultural and communication barriers that derived from being an immigrant child. It’s time for a change. My person-centered and strength-based approach will help you with that change.

I can aid you with unpacking your complex feelings and putting them into words and eventually action. Therapy is the nonjudgmental place for you to explore and heal.

In the initial call, I will get to know you and explore a few therapeutic techniques to help you heal and grow. It is a collaborative process to see what works for you.

Some of the approaches I use include:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Person-Centered Therapy
